Robert Dilts
One of the most prolific and innovative developers in the field of NLP
Robert Dilts is one of the field's outstanding NLP trainers and developers. He is possibly the most foremost and prolific developer, author, consultant, innovator and trainer in NLP, at an international level, in the world today.
He has written 25 NLP books in which he shares his developments pioneering modelling and research on application areas such as visionary leadership, health and well being, presentation skills, dynamic learning, creativity and innovation , strategies of genius, conversational belief change, etc.
Robert works in business with leadership and entrepreneurial issues as well as with the individual 'hero's journey'- applying the deeper principles of systemic change and transformation through NLP. His NLP development work is at the forefront of achievement in the field and his creative and intellectual contribution immense.
Judy DeLozier
One of the original co-developers of NLP
Judith DeLozier is an original co-developer of the field in NLP and has made fundamental contributions to the development of many core NLP models and processes.
In her 30 years of training and working with NLP all over the world she has particularly championed ideas that relate to culture, community, personal congruence, trans-cultural skills and more systemic and relational approaches.
Judith's background is originally in anthropology and religious studies and her love of dance (ballet and Congolese) has led her to promote movement and the body as a primary tool in NLP - leading to the creation with Robert Dilts of Somatic Syntax.
During her time as an associate trainer at NLPU with Robert Dilts they developed what is known as 3rd Generation NLP and together they wrote the seminal book "NLP II The Next Generation".
She has also coauthored: NLP Volume 1 (with John Grinder, Richard Bandler and Robert Dilts), Patterns of the Hypnotic Techniques of Milton H. Erickson (with John Grinder and Richard Bandler), Turtles All the Way Down (with John Grinder) and the Encyclopedia of NLP (with Robert Dilts.)
Stephen Gilligan

Stephen Gilligan, Ph.D., is a Psychologist in Encinitas, CA. He was one of the original NLP students at UC Santa Cruz; Milton Erickson and Gregory Bateson were his mentors. After receiving his psychology doctorate from Stanford University, he became one of the premier teachers and practitioners of Ericksonian hypnotherapy. This work unfolded into his original approaches of Self-Relations and Generative Self. Over the past ten years, this has been further developed with Robert Dilts into Generative Coaching.
He has taught in many different cultures and countries over the past 30 years, and has published extensively. His numerous books include The Hero’s Journey: A voyage of self discovery (co-authored with Robert Dilts).the classic Therapeutic trances, The courage to love,The legacy of Erickson, and Walking in two worlds (w. D. Simon). His newest book is Generative Trance: The experience of Creative Flow, and he and Robert Dilts are co-authors of the forthcoming Generative Coaching.
